Step by step

  1. On Predial Online enter district, municipality and parish.
  2. Enter the land registry description number (and unit, if any).
  3. Pay and view the certificate with the code.

How to book

Themes: notarial acts, homes and land (land registry, Casa Pronta), citizen (birth, marriage, divorce, death, inheritance), companies, nationality, vehicles. Free; you get a booking code by email/SMS and check in at the ticket kiosk.
