What you can sort out

K 001 Book a consulate appointment (Portuguese citizens) Consular services (Citizen Card, passport, civil registration) are booked on the MNE online booking system, or through the Consular Call Centres in the European countries that have one. K 002 Apply for a national visa (residence or temporary stay) Foreigners moving to Portugal apply for a residence visa at the Portuguese consulate (or its external service provider) in their country of nationality or residence. K 003 Visa for CPLP nationals (Mobility Agreement) Visa rules for nationals of countries where the CPLP Mobility Agreement applies, with its own document list and no proof of means in some cases (sponsor's statement, university admission).
